If all else fails, you can just windows explorer search for 'STEAM' Edit: if it says steam folder wasn't writeable, then it's almost certainly because you didn't extract all the folders required, meaning it can find the steam folder but can't fuck with it cos it's a compressed.rar file I can't tell you exactly where because I'm going off of memory when I did the installation process. There should have been a steam folder somewhere with the keygen/torrent when you extracted all the compressed.rar files. Steam folder has nothing to do with the games program steam, just in case u got confused.
